1. Production capacity

In Canada, the housing crisis is exacerbated by a critical shortage of production capacity. At Preman Solutions, we are addressing this challenge, grabbing the bull by the horn, by deploying industrial capacity tailored to support a high throughput manufacturing.

Starting in Phase 1, we will be able to manufacture 3,000 modules, thereby making a tangible contribution to increase housing supply across the country.

Optimized for the large-scale production of housing units, our manufacturing complex is designed to meet the needs of projects requiring scalable solutions that can be rapidly deployed across different sites. In practical terms: a proven, standardized design that is replicated, enabling significant economies of scale for all stakeholders.

Starting with a standard volumetric template that we adapt as needed, we maximize efficiency at every stage—from the supply chain to production. The result: shorter lead times, controlled execution, and significantly higher productivity.

Sustainability

It is impossible to envision a modern factory without incorporating a long-term vision. Driven by a constant pursuit of efficiency and convinced of the potential of our forests as well as the quality of local resources, we have chosen to integrate wood processing directly into the factory. Starting with round logs, we produce components according to our own specifications, optimized for the structural performance of our modules.

This integration allows us to go a step further: biomass residues from wood processing, combined with other production waste, are recycled on-site to fuel our boiler room. This circular system generates the heat needed to operate the plant, both for heating the buildings and for industrial processes.

The result: a significant reduction in GHG emissions by limiting the use of fossil fuels, and optimal utilization of every resource.
